Thank for the tip! It can work like:

set acl_m_hosts_list = 
${lookup{$acl_m_from_addr}lsearch{/etc/exim/host_wl.txt}}

Then test remote hostname against the lookd up host list. Format of file 
is:

[email protected]:*.test.com:*.google.com:*.example.net
[email protected]:*.google.com

But I have question if there is some way to iterate lookup results 
instead (lsearch stops first match, instead what if there are two 
matching lines like this:

[email protected]:*.test.com
[email protected]:*.example.net

Is there way to collect/compile multple lookup data values together?
