systemctl restart or reload?

Hi all,

Apologies for what's probably a silly question... When a LetsEncrypt 
certificate gets renewed automatically, and I want Exim to pick up the 
new cert, is it enough to do "sudo systemctl reload exim4" (I'm on 
Debian), or do I need to do "sudo systemctl restart exim4"?
