[email protected]: Virtual Exim 1.5 released

Bugfix release.

Changes:
Added a LICENSE file: This software is BSD licensed. I felt, for
personal reasons, this was more appropriate than the GPL, but this
discussion can take place on the vexim list. :-)

Also, the 'catchall' feature has been fixed.
After installing this, you will have to reset your catchalls for them to
work.
There was a missing '@' sign in the code, so catchalls were being made
for '*domain.com', instead of '*@domain.com'.
