oh ... yes.. sory .. i never tell my user to log in to vexim interface..
i just let them use the webmail , squirrelmail in my case..

as mail admin, even the user not needed now, i would like to have it
ready when they need it.
the re-set password, yes you can from squirrelmail. if you use
courrier-imap , you can change password with courrier-passwd i
remember... 
the forward , vacation, etc, it is in the squirrelmail plugin..

and for my view as mail admin, i would want my user to have different
address to configure their email account...
i just want them know the webmail address only..

and maybe what we all need to is..

a global footer message inserted in exim..i think it is will be in the
vexim config .... 
and the footer is not only text, but can be image. . .for promotion
too..
