Honestly, you need a reverse DNS record for your IP for you to send mail to
the Internet directly. If you don't have, and you have a gmail account, you
can relay all outbound mail via gmail servers using ASMTP.

Ok. If this IP is yours forever (as you seem to think) then create a PTR
record for in where you manage your DNS!
