Ok, I don't know if you want all the patches but I have ported vexim3 to the svn
version of Django and have configured it to run under apache2 with mod_wsgi.

I have not bothered trying to hook it into exim, but that should be easy
enough.

Aside from the fact that I don't know python that well and debugging under
mod_wsgi is a nightmare, Django seems pretty cool.

At this point, I'm going to take a look at vexim2 and see how that meets my
needs.
