Old installs - check your clamd if you are doing acl-check-content.

For the folks running clamd for content checks in Vexim, you will want to make sure you
have an up to date ClamAV install:

Or appropriate fail accept rules in your config if you have an old ClamAV install.

The database format was changed intentionally to kill off all pre 0.95.x version of ClamAV.
