Vexim patches waiting for review

 Hello folks,

almost a month ago, I have committed a few patches for vexim, that:
1) improve its internationalization (the ability to handle international
characters)
2) make users with no name editable, and
3) add a possibility to generate random passwords

Could anyone review and commit them to VCS, please?

I could do that myself, but I just don't have commit rights. The patches
are actually in use by me, so I'm pretty confident they don't break
anything.
