Moving the vexim mailing list!

This list has been really quiet for a while.
I'm going to be shutting this list down in a few days, as I'm moving
the domain to Google Apps.

I've made https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups#!forum/vexim for
anyone to join who still wanted to talk about vexim. Maybe one of
these days we'll actually have things we want to talk about :-)
