Re: [exmh-workers] Second release candidate for nmh 1.5 is now available

Hi,

I'm not sure whether this is my trouble, nmh, or exmh.  But, I can't 
get it to work.  One person I know sends me messages containing 

  Disposition-Notification-To: John Smith <john@smith>

exmh responds to that by displaying a message in the main window
allowing me to "Send confirmation", "Send denial", or "Ignore
silently".  I'm used to confirming.  When I try to confirm then
exmh creates ~/Mail/post###### which contains the following

  Subject: Disposition notification
  To: John Smith <john@smith>
  Mime-Version: 1.0
  Content-Type: multipart/report; report-type=disposition-notification;
	  boundary="==_Exmh_1336680253_35350"

Then I get "Could not send message disposition notification" in
the little message pane in the main exmh window.  That error
comes from /usr/lib/exmh-2.8.0/receipt.tcl after it tried to run
"send -nopush ~/Mail/post######".

The reason for the error is that nmh 1.5 needs a "From: " line.
I don't know how to communicate via ~/.mh_profile to send in such
a way that it can pick up a -form <formfile> to add it, as I do
with 'comp'.

So, what should change to make this work?
