Second release candidate for nmh 1.7 is now available

Greetings all,

I am pleased to announce that the second release candidate for nmh 1.7
is now available.  You can download it here:

   https://download.savannah.nongnu.org/releases/nmh/nmh-1.7-RC2.tar.gz

I've included a MIME external-body pointer to this file below, which
some MUAs (including nmh!) can use.

This release fixes a few bugs in the format engine and contains some
documentation improvements.

If you encounter any problems or issues with this release candidate, please
