Third release candidate for nmh 1.7 is now available

I am pleased to announce that the third release candidate for nmh 1.7
is now available.  You can download it here:

   https://download.savannah.nongnu.org/releases/nmh/nmh-1.7-RC3.tar.gz

A GPG signature of this release is available here:

   https://download.savannah.nongnu.org/releases/nmh/nmh-1.7-RC3.tar.gz.sig

I've also included an external-body pointer to both of these files below,
which can be used by capable MUAs to download them directly.

This release fixes a few bugs, notably in the areas of MIME
external-body processing and iCalender handling. It also includes some
documentation improvements.
