Umm.. are you considering moving because of one announced outage, or is there a long-term dissatisfaction with the redhat hosting, or is there something else going on? In any case, moving the list home on 2 day's notice seems like a bad idea, especially since once they go down, you won't be able to retrieve the archives to re-upload them elsewhere until they come back up. Plus the usual sysadmin/operational issues of not going out of your way to change more variables at one time than there's a need to....
