I've checked this in to CVS.  While testing, I discovered another bug,
possibly bad.

Consider the following MIME headers:

--==_Exmh_1104942279_89120
Content-Type: text/plain ; name="foo;bar;baz"; charset=us-ascii
Content-Description: foo;bar;baz
Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="foo;bar;baz"

We break on the ; without bothering to see that it's inside "", and the
filename ends up being '_foo' (we failed to deal with the leading " as well,
it looks like?
