exmh and gnupg 1.4.x

It looks as though exmh suffers from the problem mentioned in the last
paragraph of the attached mail -- multipart/pgp signatures don't appear to
be made properly with gnupg 1.4.0 and with 1.4.1rc1 with the no-rfc2440-text
option set.  1.4.1rc1 without no-rfc2440-text seems OK.  Tested with 2.7.2, 
and with sedit's "format mail default" preference set both to OnSend and to 
OnType.

Now that Bruce has left us, does anyone know how gnupg signing works...?
