exmh 2.7.2 cvs

hello,
got problems with the ftoc when running exmh from the cvs.
2.7.2 does not have the problem.

When changing ftoc-lines to (for example 16), exmh shrinks the ftoc down
to 2 lines, as can be seen in the debug-log. I'll try to investigate, but
I'm not a tcl-tk programmer.
