huh? the filterfolder operation is bound to a flist menu by default...

the scenario is simple: take an unconfigured exmh, change the bogo 
settings to on and your program, save the preferences but do not restart
exmh, then try to mark spam or ham: exmh tries to execute bogofilter 
instead of your choice of program.

i thought preferences become active on save, not restart? 
seems i'm wrong...

not that i could see; the log only shows the original preference
init of the unconfigured instance.
