Committed.  Sorry for the delay, I found out the hard way that 'cvs commit' was
a good trigger for causing an OOPS in the Linux 2.6.12-rc6-mm kernels (since
fixed), and I just got around to actually committing it...

(Yes, I could have just booted back to a working kernel, but then if I'd committed
the fix, I'd have lost my test case for consistently triggering the kernel bug ;)

(for the curious, the bug was that building tcp_bic.ko as a loadable module
is Bad Karma.. ;)
