segfault when exmh calls repl

When I click on reply and then 'reply to sender' or 'reply all', I do
not receive a new message window.  In /var/log messages I receive the
following line:

  repl[1058]: segfault at 0000000000000000 rip 0000000000415319 rsp
  00007fff75129ec0 error 4

  Any idea as to what could cause this?

  I am runing exmh-2.7.0  nmh-1.1, glibc-2.4, gcc-4.1.1.
