Can case be an issue in procmail recipes?

I was looking at exmh's display of headers, and using what I saw
there (as opposed to the message source) to create recipes in my
procmail setup.

When I didn't get, or *believed* (perhaps erroneously) I wasn't
getting, the results I expected from those recipes, I looked
closer at the messages to be sure I had not goofed wrt the
headers' spelling.

So I asked if there was a reason exmh displayed X-SomeHeader as
X-someheader.

(I'm a procmail novice.)
