Fcc header still gets encoded to quoted-printable, 8bit headers...

Hi.

About two and a half years ago, I posted about headers being quoted
weirdly in 2.6.3. Well, I finally got around to updating to the latest
version, 2.7.2, and the same thing still happens.

Problem 1:

The Fcc header gets QP-encoded if it contains an eight bit character,
giving me wonderfully named folders like
=?iso-8859-1\Q?+=E5=E4=F6?=.

My tcl-fu is extremely weak, so I'm having some trouble fixing this.
I'm guessing that I should be looking at SeditQuoteHeader in
seditQP.tcl? And make some sort of list of headers that aren't sent
off, so that they won't be qp-encoded?

Problem 2:

If I choose no QP-encoding in my preferences, the mail gets sent off
with 8bit headers, which isn't good either.

Problem 3:

Fcc to a folder ending with ö removes the ö (+köksö ends up in folder
köks). I haven't tried all eight bit characters, but the other swedish
chars (å and ä) works alright.
