It wasn't clear to me what was segfaulting in your case; is it wish (the
Tcl/Tk shell that was running exmh), or just one of the helper programs
that is used to deal with faces/picons?  To be honest, I don't know if
faces works or not under MacOS X; back when I first started to use exmh
I was big into the faces stuff, but then I realized it was just a pain in
the ass so mostly I don't bother anymore; if it works, then great, but
otherwise I don't care.

If it's one of the helper programs, that shouldn't be that hard to debug.
If it's wish ... well, that sounds like a pain to debug.  wish doesn't
crash for me, that's all I can say.
