Bug or feature? You decide... :)

So I've recently been getting a bunch of mail that exmh displays as
a text/plain that looks like a base-64 encoded .GIF.  Examining the
actual mail shows that it *is* a base-64 encoded .GIF - with a small
botch in the encoding.  It has a trailing blank on the last line.

exmh fails the decode and then flags it as a text/plain for reasons I haven't
looked into yet.

The only reason I'm at all hesistant about just going ahead and *fixing*
it so it decodes it is because the biggest offending sender is somebody's
spamware.  :)
