so what's up with quote?

ok, i'm running 2.7.2 (debian 1:2.7.2-7) these days, and I note that the 
Quote.../Quote button inserts the _entire_ message I'm replying to into the 
composition window, rather than just the message body (as Stanford's 
/usr/pubsw/bin version of exmh did).

Any way to tweak this appropriately?
