Re: syntax for multiply-nested menus?

I see singly-cascaded menus in exmh, and used them as
an example to make my own singly-cascaded menus.  But
I don't see any menus in exmh that nest an additional level.
Since I don't see an example in the doc either, I've been guessing
at the syntax to define them, but apparently all my guesses have been wrong.
