remote exmh from Mandriva 2010.0 X session

As usual I started exmh on a remote host via ssh. This was on a
freshly installed Mandriva 2010.0 system. I got the error:

BgRegister X server insecure (must use xauth-style authorization)

'xhost' showed that localhost was allowed insecure access to the X
server. The source of this was in /etc/X11/xinit.d/msec which
contains this on my system

  /usr/bin/xhost + localhost

I changed the "+" to a "-" and the problem went away. But, an hour
later the "-" changed back to a "+".

Does anyone know how to stop the reverting of the xhost command
option in that file?

Thanks....
