My monthly mailing from Hyatt Gold Passport crashes Tk every time. I
have not spent any time trying to figure it out. 'd' is faster and
easier, but I do have a copy (attached) from my archive.

Since I am mailing this from my archive, it lacks the normal
"In-reply-to:" header for threading. Sorry.
