Has anyone looked into a bug where scrolling through messages with a
wheel mouse (X windows buttons 4 & 5) can cause exmh to incorrectly
call uriNetscapeCmd a LOT?  It's pretty annoying--albeit infrequent
for me.  Example enclosed.
