Mh_ReplyAllSetup doing the wrong thing?

Folks,

Mh_ReplySetup (from mh.tcl) searches the current folder for replcomps to
allow for a per-folder replcomps,  however, Mh_ReplyAllSetup does not do
the  intuitive  thing  and  search  for  replgroupcomps.  When  doing  a
Reply-All, shouldn't  it also  use a  per-folder replgroupcomps?  If the
consensus  is that  it  should not,  is  there a  way  to override  this
function in a local file somewhere?
