Small buglet in HTML handling of links...

Got the following (defanged here) HTML in a message:

< this-is-an-anchor href="http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?hl=en&amp;ie=UTF8&amp;msa=0&amp;msid=106356581630244967491.0004948e74f5ca28576ea&amp;ll=37.229508,-80.417154&amp;spn=0.012318,0.01929&amp;z=16">Parade Route for 2010</a>

When you click on the link, we failed to convert the &amp; back into & before
passing it off to Firefox/whatever. Probably just needs to be passed through
the proper dequoter before we do it. Anybody wants to go hunting for where
the one-liner needs to go, feel free... If not, I'll hopefully get around to it
one of these days...
