Small buglet in HTML handling of links...

Got the following (defanged here) HTML in a message: < this-is-an-anchor href="http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?hl=en&ie=UTF8&msa=0&msid=106356581630244967491.0004948e74f5ca28576ea&ll=37.229508,-80.417154&spn=0.012318,0.01929&z=16">Parade Route for 2010</a> When you click on the link, we failed to convert the & back into & before passing it off to Firefox/whatever. Probably just needs to be passed through the proper dequoter before we do it. Anybody wants to go hunting for where the one-liner needs to go, feel free...
