As both Wolfgang and I have discovered (and I thought Wolfgang made this
clear in his message), it's relatively easy to find the part in question
_if you know about it_.  If someone tells you, "I attached this Word file"
and you don't see it at first, then it's easy to hunt it down and find it.
But it's when you don't know that there is any attachment that you might
miss it.  Like you said, there's not an easy technological answer.
