The solution for svn+ssh on windows

I finally found the solution for svn+ssh on windows (when windows is the
server).
Basically I created an exe file that act as a wrapper, nothing fancy or
anything, but it stumped me for quick a bit. And I saw that the question was
repeatedly asked in these lists.
