The option value (if "--prefix=LIST", <#$#> is LIST)

Extended flags will be saved in LIST/flags (after letters, separated
by semicolon), and reloaded if you call "ezmlm-make -+". To disable a
previously defined option, you can use "ezmlm-make ... --no-option ..."
