My first motive for posting the question was to confirm I was
reading the ezmlm docs and man pages correctly, i.e. as not
providing subscriber-only posting. I was quite surprised to find
that out.

I have a couple of lists up and running and I don't want to 
jeopardize them. That was my second reason for using functionality 
that was 'built in' to the original ezmlm, if available.

I'm working my way through the ezmlm-idx install right now! Any 
hints for safely moving my existing ezmlm lists to ezmlm-idx would 
be hugely appreciated.
