You can do what a lot of us do and set up different extension addresses
for each subscription.  For instance, I have all of my ezmlm list emails
going to [email protected].  I have a .qmail-ezmlm file in
my home directory that drops these messages into their own maildir.  No
parsing, no header munging, and it's 100% reliable (unless someone other
than the ezmlm list sends email to [email protected],
which is unlikely)

kitchen@tranquility ~ $ cat .qmail-ezmlm
./Maildir/.lists.ezmlm/

I've only had one time where this fell down, and that was on my qmail
list subscription address.. it started getting spam directly to it
(probably because of an email just like this one ;) so I simply
unsubscribed from the list, set up a new .qmail file, resubscribed, and
i was back in business.  Now my old qmail list subscription address is a
spamtrap and automatically gets sa-learn'ed as spam.
