Am I being a little dense?  I use qmailadmin to manage my mailing lists.  When 
I edit a mailing list there is an option for "Prefix outgoing subject headers 
with:" and a place for you to put in whatever text you want.  Then you can 
set up your spam filtering to look for whatever text you put into the subject 
line, and lower its spam count to the point that it won't be marked as spam.
