Is ezmlm-idx 6.0.0 production ready?

Howdy again,

On www.ezmlm.org it lists ezmlm-idx 6.0.0 as the "most recent unstable 
version" which says me its undergoing development towards an eventual 
release.  But in looking through the list archive there is an 
announcement by Bruce Guenter on Dec 2nd, 2006 which suggests 6.0.0 is 
ready for production except for some (most?) of the language files.

Is ezmlm-idx 6.0.0 ready for production?  Or is the website correct?
