The changes made by the -3 option are exclusive (from what I can tell)
to adding a "From:" header to the "headeradd" file, and a corresponding
"from" line to the "headerremove" file.  Those two files are only
written when the list is created, and not modified by when editing is
enabled (either by -e or -+).
