Actually, ezmlm uses qmail-queue for outbound messages, and is fairly
hard-coded to use only that.  I am not at all opposed to modifying
ezmlm-idx to make it useful with other MTAs, but I know nothing about
Courier and as such can't provide much help there.

If anybody wants to look at doing this, they would need to rewrite
qmail.c to fit.
