Adding "sender" to headerremove and "Sender: <<#l#>@<#h#>>" to headeradd
is sufficient to sign messages properly with DomainKeys with a
qmail-queue wrapper.

I am, however, unsure if the Sender: header should be generated by the
main list or the sublist when so configured.
