ezmlm and BATV

Hi there,

We've been running ezmlm successfully for several years now.
Thousands of lists, no major complaints -- but we are now starting to
get pressure to from users that want ezmlm to work well with BATV
sender addresses.  The gist of the requests we're seeing are to hack
ezmlm to validate senders via the FROM address and to so some
return-path manipulation to set the return-path to the list address.  

Is anyone else seeing this kind of request emerging, and if so is
there any workable response other than hacking ezmlm?
