The way to do that is to be selective about which lines in the .qmail
file are preceded by the `env QMAILQUEUE=...` stuff. In most mailing
lists, non-management messages are sent by ezmlm-gate and ezmlm-send;
if those are the only lines with the QMAILQUEUE stuff, then only they
will submit their messages to the second queue, the rest will submit
their messages (bounces and management emails) to the primary queue.
You may have to fiddle around with it a little, or read the man pages
to make sure what sorts of messages each ezmlm program can send (just
to make sure there aren't other ways that it can send messages), but
that should do it.
Does that make sense?
