Sadly, the FAQ is horribly out of date.  That section isn't far off,
though.

I'm not familiar with the qmailadmin GUI.  What version of ezmlm-idx is
in use?  What are the contents of the config file?

Are you sending messages with HTML?  The trailer will not attach to
HTML, and will show up as a seperate part in a multipart message.
