Tell them they can safely ignore all the spams, including
those from Amazon, eBay and Paypal, received via [email protected]
mailing list.

If it had "Subject: qsecretary notice", and it came from
stoneport.crypto.rites.uic.edu, it is valid and they need to
read and understand the message.

If it was something else, be more precise.
