Manual subscriptions and unsubscriptions can be copied to the list
owner, but not automatic ones.

ezmlm-warn handles sending out warning messages.  You would need to
remove it from all of the control files, as well as removing
ezmlm-return from the bouncer control file.

What problem are you having with ezmlm-idx's automatic unsubscription?
