How to add names dynamically

Hello,

I using ixwebhosting which uses ezmlm for mail.

I have a website that captures the users name and email address.

I would like to add the name and email to the mailing list from my website.

How do I dynamically add email address to the mailing list from my website?
Is it api driven or is there a flat file I can open and add.
