Autoresponder spam on this list

Hi.

There have been increasing numbers of bogus addresses subscribed to this
list, resulting in many nuisance autoresponses to every post.  I have
tried to forge unsubscribe requests to these bots to trick them into
auto-unsubscribing, but it usually doesn't work.

Since DJB appears to have no interest in either ezmlm or in this mailing
list, would everyone be interested in moving to another mailing list to
eliminate the autoresponder spam?  As the current ezmlm-idx maintainer,
I would set up and host the list.  I also have a complete archive of the
existing ezmlm mailing list, so I could even import the archives for
some measure of continuity.
