Some users not moderated

Hi All,
Some posts are not moderated when sent to my moderated list. For e.g. a mail
sent from gmail got delivered to everyone without moderation. The headers
are shown below. Can someone pls explain why this happened and how to stop
this. The mail was shot from gmail and got delivered.
