This can be done through modification of headerremove/headeradd.  As it
is strongly discouraged, you'll have to search for the exact
modifications yourself.

It is possible to strip out HTML sections in multipart messages by
adding "text/html" to the "mimeremove" control file.  However, the
resulting messages will still be multipart, just with only text parts,
and so the trailer message won't get added properly.

Can be done, kinda...  If you set up a "mimekeep" file and add to it the
single line "text/plain", then any message with any content other than
plain text will be rejected.  Note that "mimekeep" overrides
"mimeremove" described above.
