Not at this point, no.  Are you actually seeing a problem with
ezmlm-weed?  I ask because ezmlm-weed isn't put in the path to reject
messages for distribution, it's only there for management requests.
ezmlm-reject is used for rejecting messages to the list itself.

Now, ezmlm-reject does reject messages that say Precedence: bulk (the
man page is missing this information, which I will fix), but that leads
me to ask why the ticket system is calling its messages "bulk"?

The only way to do this would be to remove the call to ezmlm-reject in
the editor file.  However, in doing this you will open your list up to
the possibility of autoresponder spam.
